RATES

Our rates are based on the amount of participants as follows:

1-2 participants = $107.50/hr

3-5 participants = $225.50/hr

6-10 participants = $300.00/hr

11-15 participants = $325.00/hr

Please contact us via e-mail for special rates when your group has 16 or more participants.

Fees include presentation of the Diabetic Education Modules you choose to meet your needs by a Certified Diabetic Educator. Additionally, participants are provided with the necessary educational materials for use during and after the class along with complimentary samples that promote healthy living choices. We do not charge travel fees to your destination within a 100 mile radius of our office located in Hanover, PA. Feel free to contact us via e-mail for any related questions.
