Knowing what you must do now to prevent or delay the onset of Diabetes (if Pre-Diabetic) or the steps you can take to prevent the long term complications that come with Diabetes, brings you one step closer to living a longer, healthier life. Our Certified Diabetes Educator will come to your home, school, or business and present the most up-to-date information on Diabetes at a time and place that is convenient for you. HOW TO BRING DIABETES ED 2 U...

IT'S SIMPLE!

- Determine the number of participants.

- Determine what package will meet the educational needs of your participants.

- Compute the rates based on the amount of participants and the package that you choose.

- Contact us via e-mail (see bottom of this webpage) with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail.

- We will contact you via phone within 1-2 business days. At that time we will collect your insurance information and answer any questions you may have. A 10% deposit will be due at that time as well to reserve the time most convenient for you. We accept all major credit cards.

MEET ONE OF OUR EDUCATORS

Meet Ms. Iwanna B. Healthy. She has been teaching Diabetes Education for the past nineteen years. She is a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor's Degree and for the last seventeen years has been a Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE). Those with their CDE must complete a specified amount of continuing education hours annually to uphold their certification. Ms. Iwanna B. Healthy has published several research articles in highly-renowned medical journals supporting ongoing proof that educating Diabetics and those that support them is key in providing Diabetics with many years of healthy, optimal living.

TIP OF THE DAY: Are you waking up with high fasting blood sugars in the AM? Try having a snack at bedtime that contains both carbohydrates and protein. This combination will aid in keeping your blood glucose at more stable levels overnight.
